This course is specifically designed for people interested in working in welfare service delivery, community development projects, direct client work, group work and community health promotion. Students are trained to work with clients from varying backgrounds, such as migrants, children and people with disabilities. Graduates are qualified to work at an advanced skill level and are trained for the supervision of other staff and volunteers. Areas of study include advocacy, community development and welfare legislation.
