Terms and Conditions
MyStory competition terms and conditions:
- This competition is only open to students currently studying at Carrick Institute of Education (”Carrick”).
- Only one MyStory entry per student (”participant”) will be allowed.
- Incomplete MyStory entries will be disqualified.
- MyStory entries must be submitted through the Carrick website or via the designated MyStory drop-off boxes at the Melbourne campus. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
- Entries close 5:00pm, 7 November 2008.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or otherwise transferable.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to take part in promotional activities and materials Carrick may require. Carrick reserves the right to use written entries for promotional purposes. Participants also agree that Carrick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and edit written testimonials that have been submitted for grammatical purposes for use in promotional material.
- The winner will be based on the best creative and inspirational entry as selected by Carrick’s judging panel.
- The winner will be notified by post and e-mail. The judging panel’s decision will be final.
- The panel of judges will comprise of Carrick staff and event sponsors.
- If an advertised prize is not available, Carrick reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
