Both Simranjeet and Sunny were invited to another match that day between an Australia representative side and an Indian representative side. The Carrick students played in the Australian team, making lots of friends in the process, with their enthusiastic, high quality fielding and teamwork. The Indian team won by two wickets, but Simranjeet and Sunny made some good friends for their future in Australia.
Congratulations on the win to the Carrick student team and all students involved! If you would like to play in an upcoming match, or would like to come and watch a game, contact Events Officer Rimon Abohaider by email rabohaider@carrickeducation.edu.au or visit Student Services, Level 4, 246 Bourke Street.
